Win Cody is Head of Retirement Services Group at iGATE/Patni. Win's team has provided the technology architecture, development, implementation and support for the iJoin mobile application. Win was founder and former CEO of ExpertPlan, a leading 401(k) service firm providing technology and record keeping solutions to many major financial service firms, and former CIO of Copeland, the retirement planning subsidiary of CityGroup (now part of ING CitiStreet).
Joe Brummel, AIF®, is the Director of Retirement Plan Consulting for Wealth Enhancement Group. He co-designed the product and workflow of the iJoin mobile application. Joe is currently a founding lecturer at TRAU, The Retirement Advisor University at UCLA's Anderson School of Executive Management. Joe was also Managing Principal at 401k Consultants, Inc., Senior Consultant at Financial Concepts, Inc., and Benefits Consultant at Great-West.
Kendall Kay, LLIF, is President of KK & Company, a consulting firm to America's top financial service companies. Kendall's assignments include participant product development for retirement planning and income marketplaces. Together with Greenwald and Associates, he co-produces the Annual DC Participant Experience study. Kendall contributed to the iJoin process design based on consumer and competitive information. Previously he was VP of Strategic Planning, Marketing and Business Development at ADP Retirement Services and Chief Financial Strategy Officer for Manulife/John Hancock.
Fred Greenstein is an experienced Human Resources Director, educator and sales professional who has provided online databases, market intelligence and business process tools to retirement plan providers, advisors and broker dealers for 15 years. Fred saw the opportunity to improve participant outcomes with mobile technology and an innovative process, and brought the iJoin team of experts together. Fred is CEO and majority shareholder of Left Coast Solutions, Inc. Fred is also Director of Business Development for Financial Telesis, Inc., and Retirement Plan Advisory Group.
