Participants access iJoin via their own mobile device or user-friendly iPod Touch provided for use during live group meetings.  Input or review and confirm personal data available from plan sponsor or provider

In group meetings (live or web), advisors or enrollment specialists can be available to answer questions and provide on-the-spot coaching to individual participants, as all go through the iJoin process.
